A View of Future-Based Hybrid or Blended Libraries

Abstract - This article aims to provide an understanding of the roles and skills librarians will need in the future to meet the changing needs of library users. It is a term used to describe hybrid libraries whose main purpose is to integrate technology into library services, increase accessibility, provide services to users, improve teaching, promote collaboration, ensure digital preservation and keep pace with new technologies changing the role of librarians in integrating librarianship practices with new technologies and learning models. The emergence of hybrid library management reflects changes in the roles and responsibilities of information professionals.
