Study of Library Digital India Programme: Issue and Challenges

Abstract - Government of India launched National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) in 2006. In order to transform the entire ecosystem of public services through the use of information technology, the Government of India has launched the Digital India programme ,The Digital India programme is a flagship programme of the Government of India with a vision to transform India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Almost all Indian support digital India but to make it reality here are list of issues and challenges in the implementation of digital India programme.
