Marching together extended online roles of research trainings: Inclusive learning during pandemic

Abstract – The libraries have been influential for outreaching the academic community and displaying extensions of responsibilities for learning purposes. In the higher education system, Universities libraries are playing a pivotal role in research programs, training, and other support services. In India, ICSSR has been providing training support for higher education institutions under which libraries or enhancing the research skills of scholars. The present paper reflects efforts and outcomes of the training programs conducted by Dr. B R Ambedkar Central Library, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. This study would be able to create awareness among the institutions that virtual/online courses support learning and provide an opportunity for learners to update their knowledge.
